SS304 and SS316 stainless fabrication in Jeddah - laser and CNC cutting, press-brake forming and back-purged TIG/MIG welding to architectural tolerance.
What we fabricate
From approved drawings we cut, form, weld and assemble SS304 and SS316 into architectural components - the structural base that every coating and finish is built on.
Processes
- Fibre laser and CNC cutting from approved DXF
- Press-brake forming and V-grooving
- Back-purged TIG / MIG welding
- Weld dressing and heat-tint removal
- Trial assembly and fit-up
Technical specifications
| Grades | SS304 / SS316 |
| Cutting | Fibre laser / CNC |
| Forming | Press-brake / rolling |
| Welding | TIG / MIG, back-purged |
| First-article tolerance | Millimetre-accurate, to drawing |
| Lead time | Quoted per project |
Where it is used
Cladding and columns, storefronts, railings and balustrades, furniture frames and structural feature work.
Quality control
Cut parts are first-article inspected to a millimetre-accurate tolerance; welds are checked for integrity and alignment at the post-welding hold point.
Stainless steel fabrication — frequently asked questions
SS304 or SS316: which grade should I specify?
SS304 is the standard for interiors and dry locations. SS316 contains molybdenum and resists the chloride-rich air of Jeddah and other coastal cities, so we recommend it for exteriors, pool areas and anywhere near the sea.
Do you fabricate from my drawings or produce shop drawings?
Both. We work from architects' and consultants' drawings and prepare our own shop drawings for approval, including material grades, finish and fixing details, before cutting any sheet.
Which processes are done in-house?
Laser cutting, V-grooving and bending, forming and rolling, welding, polishing, surface finishing, PVD coating, electroplating and assembly all run inside our Jeddah facility, under one quality system with four hold points: after cutting, after welding, after polishing and after coating.
How do you control quality on stainless work?
Every project follows a documented, ISO-9001-aligned cycle. A first-article piece is checked against the drawing before the batch, welds are dressed and inspected before polishing, and the finish is inspected again before packing and installation.
