3 - Post-polishing

Surface and finish checked under controlled light before coating.

4 - Post-PVD / finish

Final tone, coverage and quality signed off before release.

Our process - from drawing to handover

Every commission moves through the same seven stages - and no stage advances until the previous is signed off.

Stage 1 - Design Coordination

We engage with the consultant and designer to review intent, constraints and finish samples, surfacing buildability questions before the drawings are finalised.

Stage 2 - Shop Drawings & Submittals

Detailed shop drawings, material submittals and finish samples prepared for consultant review. Approval is required before any cutting begins.

Stage 3 - Material Procurement & Inspection

Raw materials sourced against approved specification; incoming inspection verifies grade, gauge and finish, with certifications retained for traceability.

Stage 4 - Fabrication

CNC cutting, forming, welding and assembly, with in-process dimensional checks to drawing throughout production.

Stage 5 - Surface Finishing

PVD, electroplating, polishing or paint applied in our controlled finishing environment; colour, texture and gloss inspected against approved samples.

Stage 6 - Final Inspection & Packaging

Pre-delivery sign-off, with protected packaging engineered to preserve finish through transit and on-site storage.

Stage 7 - Delivery & Installation

Site delivery coordinated to the main contractor's program; installation by trained crews who understand fit-out environments and finish protection.
